Veggies For Energy

Hey gang! You all know by now that I’m a rabbit that is always on the go. It is because I have a ton of energy. One of the reasons I have so much energy is because I eat right.

 

We all love treats like ice cream, pizza and candy, but if you eat foods like that all the time it will slow you down. Vegetables, on the other hand, help boost your energy levels and keep you healthy.

 

Here are a few vegetables that are some of my personal favorites.

 

Broccoli – This veggie treat can be eaten either cooked or raw. It can be added to salads, eaten as a side dish and prepared in a lot of different ways. This vegetable has a lot of good nutrients and vitamins to keep your body moving.

 

Peas – Another green colored veggie is a delicious snack. Peas can also be eaten cooked or raw. They go great with a lot of healthy meals. Peas are packed with protein, vitamins and minerals. Peas deliver an energy-filled pop.

 

Carrots – This orange vegetable is a favorite of rabbits everywhere! Tasty cooked or raw, carrots are a great snack. This orange colored veggie has plenty of vitamins and minerals that can help you stay at play.

 

After all of this talk about vegetables I’m hungry for a snack. Gotta run!
