Dash Into Good Habits

Hiya! I’m Dash from the Sportsationals. I just jumped out of bed a little while ago and I am ready to begin a brand new day! Later this afternoon I’m going to go for a run with my pals Striker, Homer and Caddie.


I love to run and have plenty of energy to do it because I make sure I get a good night’s rest and eat nutritious foods that give me a boost throughout the day.


When I woke up this morning I was raring to go. A big reason for that was because I got plenty of sleep last night. I knew that I had a lot of fun activities planned for today so I made sure I went to bed early to rest up.


Now, I want to make sure that I can keep on hopping, so I am getting ready to have a healthy breakfast. This morning I am going to have a nice hot bowl of oatmeal with apples and cinnamon. Not only is oatmeal with apples and cinnamon a hearty breakfast choice it is also a delicious one. It will keep me moving until it’s time for lunch.


Remember, if you want to have that get-up-and-go you need your rest and some wholesome meals and snacks during your day.


I believe my breakfast is ready so I’m gonna run……might as well, I have plenty of energy! Bye-bye!
