During the game I started to feel a little low on energy. I took a break and refueled my body with some cool, refreshing water.
You should drink plenty of water everyday. It helps keep your body feeling good and on the move.
Drinking water, especially while playing, is very important so you don’t get dehydrated. Dehydration is when your body is low on water. When your body is low on water it makes you feel tired and very thirsty.
There is water in other foods that you eat and other drinks that you drink, but nothing beats a cold glass of water when you need to recharge your battery.
